2.1) BF6KZ - ANSI valve, reduced bore and 1-piece body construction.

Connections: • BW (Ansi B16.25). • Polythylene pipe SDR-11 MDPE.

Lengths: • (BW/BW) Ansi B16.10 (2”-4” Short, 6”-8” Long).

Options: • (PE/PE) (A) Valve without ventings, (B) with 1 venting or (C) with 2 ventings. Ventings can be of 1/2" or 1", except for DN 1.1/2" and 2" for which only ventings of 1/2" can be used.

9.0) DA-SR PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

"Scotch Yoke" pneumatic actuator, DA Double Acting execution and SR Spring Return execution. Open and closed position tolerance: ± 3º. 2.000.000 cycles guaranteed, without maintenance under normal operation conditions.

Standards: ISO 5211, DIN3337, VDE3845 y NAMUR

Working pressure: From 3 bar up to 10 bar.

Temperature range: -20ºC / +80ºC.

Control devices: Solenoid valves, Limit Switch boxes, Positioners, Manual Override, etc.

Special executions: Extra corrosion protection (TUFRAM-C22). High temperature execution (Tmax=150ºC). Low temperature execution (Tmin=-40ºC). High torque range, DA88, SR188, DA/SR-90-100 (max. 15.250 N·m at 6 bar).

9.1) K-KA, KS-KAS.PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

"Rack & Pinion" pneumatic actuator, "K-KA" Double Acting execution and "KS-KAS" Spring Return execution. Opening or closing tolerance: +2º.

Standards: ISO 5211, DIN3337, VDE3845 y NAMUR

Working pressure: From 3 bar up to 8 bar.

Temperature range: -32ºC / +90ºC.

Control devices: Solenoid valves, Limit Switch boxes, Positioners, Manual Override, etc.

Special executions: Stainless steel pneumatic actuators (Pmax=10bar). Plastic pneumatic actuators (corrosion resistance). High temperature pneumatic actuators (Tmax=265ºC).
